We provide a discount to veterans in appreciation of their service to our country.
If you need to see a specialist, we will coordinate with the specialist you have been using or will arrange a consult through our network of highly trained specialists.
After paying your subscription fee, you will not receive additional bills from Halo Health for routine care. We will bill your insurance, and if your insurance provider does not pay the standard claim, you will be responsible for payment, beyond the copay. We are available to help 24/7, but if your condition requires an in-person visit in the middle of the night, there will be an additional service charge. Refer to our Patient Care Service Menu for more detail of what is included in your membership subscription.
We also offer optional additional aesthetic and wellness services that you may purchase toward achieving your wellness goals.
We use a HIPAA compliant clinical EMR application that keeps all of your medical information safe and secure. You’ll be able to access the Patient Portal to see your medical record and test results.
Halo Health is private pay medical care, it is not medical insurance. Medicare cannot be used to pay for Halo Health subscription costs. We advise patients to consult with their insurance provider regarding what is provided with their policy and any supplemental insurance that they choose to purchase.
This service is not insurance and does not cover every possible condition you may encounter, nor does it cover hospitalization, surgery or specialist treatment. Maintaining insurance is a requirement of participation in Halo Health practice.
We will always try to arrange to have your doctor see you for routine appointments. If you require help on a day when your doctor is off, another member of our team will give you care.
